Jeremy Brynes

Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy Brynes serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Beaumont Emergency Hospital, where he brings a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
He previously held leadership positions within major healthcare systems, including Assistant Vice President of Health Systems Operations and Administrator at UTMB League City Hospital, where he oversaw day-to-day operations, performance, and strategic growth for a rapidly expanding community-based academic medical center. Before that, he spent more than a decade with Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, serving in both administrative and business development leadership roles.
Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from SUNY Cortland and his Master of Business Administration from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. His broad experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and business development informs his leadership philosophy—one centered on patient-centered care, community engagement,
and continuous improvement.
Brenda Hess

Chief Nursing Officer
Brenda Hess serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Beaumont Emergency Hospital, where she leads with compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to exceptional patient care. A native of Conroe, Texas, Brenda’s journey in healthcare began with a passion for helping others that led her from emergency medical services to nursing leadership.
She holds both an Associate Degree in Applied Science and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lone Star College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Grand Canyon University. In addition to her nursing credentials, Brenda is a licensed paramedic and has extensive experience in emergency medicine through her years of service with the Montgomery County Hospital District.
Dedicated to advancing clinical excellence and patient education, Brenda is equally passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and grandchild, staying active outdoors, and participating in her church community.
