Jeremy Brynes
Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy Brynes serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Beaumont Emergency Hospital, where he brings a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
He previously held leadership positions within major healthcare systems, including Assistant Vice President of Health Systems Operations and Administrator at UTMB League City Hospital, where he oversaw day-to-day operations, performance, and strategic growth for a rapidly expanding community-based academic medical center. Before that, he spent more than a decade with Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, serving in both administrative and business development leadership roles.
Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from SUNY Cortland and his Master of Business Administration from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. His broad experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and business development informs his leadership philosophy—one centered on patient-centered care, community engagement, and continuous improvement.
Brenda Hess
Chief Nursing Officer
Brenda Hess serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Beaumont Emergency Hospital, where she leads with compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to exceptional patient care. A native of Conroe, Texas, Brenda’s journey in healthcare began with a passion for helping others that led her from emergency medical services to nursing leadership.
She holds both an Associate Degree in Applied Science and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lone Star College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Grand Canyon University. In addition to her nursing credentials, Brenda is a licensed paramedic and has extensive experience in emergency medicine through her years of service with the Montgomery County Hospital District.
Dedicated to advancing clinical excellence and patient education, Brenda is equally passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and grandchild, staying active outdoors, and participating in her church community.
Charles Foutz, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Foutz is a longtime member of the Beaumont Emergency Hospital medical team, specializing in concierge emergency hospital care. A Beaumont native, he earned his undergraduate degree from Lamar University before graduating from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
Throughout his career, Dr. Foutz has served in emergency departments at St. Luke’s, Sunbelt Medical Center, and multiple Doctors Hospital facilities. His experience in emergency medicine, combined with his commitment to personalized, patient-centered care, reflects the high standard of service provided at Beaumont Emergency Hospital.
Dr. Foutz continues to call Beaumont home, where he lives with his wife. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his five children and grandchildren, gardening, and reading.
Roni Stephenson Gillespie
Marketing and Public Relations Director
Roni Stephenson Gillespie serves as the Marketing and Public Relations Director at Beaumont Emergency Hospital, where she has been a member of the team since 2016. In her role, Roni leads the hospital’s marketing, public relations, business development, and community outreach efforts, building relationships that strengthen the hospital’s presence throughout Southeast Texas.
Deeply committed to her community, Roni is actively involved with several charitable organizations and community initiatives. She is passionate about connecting people and organizations, giving back, and supporting causes that make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Catina Scott
Manager of Operations
Catina Scott serves as the Manager of Operations at Beaumont Emergency Hospital, where she has been a valued member of the team for more than a decade. She oversees daily hospital operations, supports regulatory compliance, and works closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain efficient processes and a high standard of patient care. Catina is known for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to creating systems that support both patients and staff.
Outside of work, Catina enjoys spending time with family and friends and especially loves time with her dog, Jaxson.
Cami Racca
Radiology and Lab Manager
Cami Racca has been a proud member of the Beaumont Emergency Hospital team for nine years and currently serves as Radiology and Lab Manager. In her role, she oversees both departments, supports staff, and helps ensure the highest standards of quality and patient care.
With many years of experience in radiology, Cami brings extensive knowledge, dedication, and a genuine passion for her work. She values the opportunity to work alongside a talented team committed to providing exceptional care to every patient.
Outside of work, Cami enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors – especially relaxing at the lake and fishing with the people she loves most.
Steve Racca
Nurse Manager
Steve Racca has been a valued member of Beaumont Emergency Hospital since 2014, serving as one of our ER nurses before recently transitioning into the role of Nurse Manager.
With 29 years of nursing experience, primarily in emergency medicine, Steve brings extensive clinical knowledge, leadership, and a strong commitment to patient care to his new position. Outside of the hospital, Steve enjoys spending his free time fishing.
